Aviva Caller is the controller for this website and the Padel and Pint app.

Local-first by design
Tournament information stays on the device you use to run it. We do not require an account to use the essential hosting flow.
Website analytics
We only measure page views and anonymous app-link choices after you choose Accept analytics. Choosing Reject does not affect access to this site. You can withdraw consent at any time with the analytics control that appears after accepting, or clear your browser cookies to make a new choice.
App data and cloud sharing
You can create and run a Tournament locally without creating an account. The app stores Tournament details, participant names, scores, and settings on your device so that the host can run a match offline.
If you choose cloud sync or live sharing, we process the email address and authentication details needed to maintain your account, together with the Tournament data you choose to sync or publish. A published Tournament can be viewed by people who receive its sharing link, and invited guests may submit results. Do not include sensitive personal information in participant names or Tournament content.
Authentication and cloud data are provided through Supabase. Google or Apple may process sign-in information when you choose those providers. We do not sell personal information or use Tournament data for advertising.
Retention and your choices
You can delete your Padel and Pint account in the app: Account, then Delete account. Local Tournaments stay on your device unless you choose to remove them while deleting the account.
Your account and its cloud copies are deleted straight away, and you'll be signed out. Tournaments on this phone stay unless you remove them. Backups are permanently deleted within 30 days.
You can also remove Padel and Pint from Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings.
If you no longer have the app, request deletion at padelandpint.com/delete-account . We'll reply to confirm and delete it within 7 days. You can also stop cloud sync, sign out, or revoke a shared Tournament.
Security and changes
We use access controls and encrypted connections for supported cloud services, but no service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice as the app changes. We will publish the current version on this page with its effective date.
